Direction 2

Medium — Modern, balanced

Contemporary B2B SaaS / scale-up tone. Balanced between seriousness and accessibility. Rounded cards, soft shadows, more breathing room. Audience: operational HR and mid-level decision-makers.

Direction 3

Mass-market — Warm, accessible

Warm and accessible tone. Large type, team / candidate photos front and center, red / gold gradients, highly visible CTAs. Audience: skilled-worker candidates and companies that value the human dimension.
